No Refunds; Store credit only. All returns must be made within 5 days of purchase with receipt and plants/products must be in re-sellable condition. Re-sellable Condition Criteria Plants must be returned in same condition as purchased and in original container (not yet planted). We reserve the right to decline a return due to mother nature (ex. frost, drought, excessive rain), lack of watering or neglect.
We know that everyone is very eager to start planting in their gardens. Unfortunately, the plants are not ready to head outside just yet! The cool nights and cool winds would injure the plants and stunt their growth so you wouldn’t be getting ahead. Also, the threat of frost has not pasted yet and our tender plants would not survive a hard frost. Feel free to browse and get ideas for your garden, but please wait until the weather is more predictable (rule of thumb when night temperature are consistently above 50 degrees). Rule of thumb is after Memorial Day it is safe to plant.
If you simple must have a certain plant and want to take it home, put it inside in an area that receives plenty of sunlight and water as needed. On warm days without strong winds you can put the plants outside to help them get acclimated to the weather but bring plants inside at night.
We appreciate your business but we don’t like to see our customers buying the same plants twice because of weather injury. Once our plants have left the greenhouse, we are not responsible for their care. If you have any questions, please ask.
